Your appointment is very important to me, and I understand that life happens, but please check your diary before booking your appointment.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

Filling appointments at the last minute is very hard, so I run at a loss. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment, and this will be refunded if your appointment is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. 

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit unless the appointment can be filled.

  • No-show appointments result in a deposit forfeit.

Please read, understand & appreciate the following policies:

CANCELLATIONS

  • Please allow me 48 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit unless the appointment can be filled.

  • After three last-minute cancellations, you will be asked to pre-pay for your appointment. This will be refunded in full if your appointment can be filled.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment may be rescheduled, as giving adequate service in the remaining time is not always possible.

CHILDREN

  • I love kids, but having them in the studio isn't ideal. This will distract me from providing you with the best treatment and make it less relaxing. (There are also many valuable/hazardous things for them to touch.)

Please book a time when you are child-free.

DISCLOSURE

  • If you have any illness, injury or skin condition, please let me know so I can tailor your therapy to ensure the best experience.

  • Please advise Restore Beauty Nowra when booking if you have any mobility concerns that may make it difficult to navigate the entrance steps. Please note that the studio has steps at the entrance and does not have wheelchair or disabled access. Due to insurance requirements, staff are unable to provide physical assistance.

  • If there are concerns that the entrance cannot be accessed safely, Restore Beauty Nowra reserves the right to cancel or decline the appointment in the interest of client safety.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missing an appointment or arriving late. I have a reminder SMS and email in place, but as with all technology, it isn’t 100% reliable.
